Office FNG - Mechelen

FNG is a fast-growing fashion company that requested a building that could grow with the company. An envelope that radiates the company values where relationships can be built between the various branches. It turned into an interesting quest involving intensive cooperation between FNG and Stéphane Beel Architects with the goal of achieving a completed whole including the landscape design and furniture.

The challenge

Finding a decorative aggregate that matched the stylish office building situated along the canal.

What we did

The architects where invited to visit Inter-Minerals. During their visit they could discover the possibilities with our decorative aggregates. A big size natural white and blue aggregate was chosen. The aggregates' contemporary look was the match that was required. The obtained result was so inspiring that afterwards the same aggregate - but in a smaller fraction - was used for all the in-situ cast and washed concrete for the outdoor walkways.
